By using this site and submitting your information, you agree to these Terms and authorize us to share your information with participating licensed insurance agents, agencies, carriers, and referral partners as described herein. Please read carefully before submitting a request.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RateLaunchpad's website at ratelaunchpad.com (the "Site") or submitting any information through our quote form, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

2.1 What RateLaunchpad Is

RateLaunchpad operates a marketing and technology platform that collects consumer interest information and may route that information to participating licensed insurance agents, agencies, carriers, and referral partners. RateLaunchpad is not an insurer, insurance agency, or insurance broker and does not quote, recommend, sell, solicit, negotiate, or bind insurance coverage.

2.2 What RateLaunchpad Is Not

RateLaunchpad is not an insurance company, insurance agent, insurance broker, or underwriter. We do not sell, bind, or underwrite insurance policies. We do not provide insurance advice, financial advice, or legal advice. Any quotes or rates you receive will come from independent licensed insurance professionals, not from RateLaunchpad.

2.3 No Guarantee of Coverage or Pricing

Submission of a quote request does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, that any quoted rate is final, or that coverage will be offered. Actual insurance rates depend on the underwriting criteria of each carrier and are subject to change. RateLaunchpad does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, be matched with a partner, obtain coverage, obtain savings, or be contacted by any minimum or maximum number of partners. Any savings examples, comparisons, or marketing descriptions on the Site are illustrative only unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Affiliate and Referral Relationships

3.1 Compensation Disclosure

RateLaunchpad may receive compensation from participating partners and advertisers in connection with advertising, lead routing, lead delivery, referral placement, click-through activity, or other marketing relationships. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, RateLaunchpad does not represent that compensation is contingent upon the purchase of an insurance product.

3.2 Affiliate Links

Links on this Site to third-party insurance carrier websites may be affiliate links. When you click these links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We disclose affiliate links where applicable. The presence of an affiliate link does not constitute an endorsement of that carrier's products or pricing over others.

3.3 No Paid Rankings

Our quote matching and referral process is based on consumer-provided information and carrier availability in the user's area, not on carrier payment levels.

4. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

You agree not to use the Site to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, to harvest data, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box, you provide your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable federal and state law to be contacted by RateLaunchpad and its insurance carrier and agent partners via automated telephone calls, pre-recorded messages, text messages (SMS/MMS), and email regarding auto insurance. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RateLaunchpad or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RATELAUNCHPAD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

7.3 Third-Party Actions

RateLaunchpad is not responsible for the actions, representations, or omissions of any insurance carrier, agent, or broker that contacts you following a lead submission. Any insurance transaction you enter into is solely between you and the relevant insurance professional or carrier.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RateLaunchpad and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any information you provide to us; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Do Not Call / Marketing Opt-Out

Registration on a federal or state Do Not Call registry does not prevent calls from companies with whom you have an existing business relationship or to whom you have provided express written consent. By submitting a quote request, you grant consent that supersedes Do Not Call registry protections with respect to the specific partners identified in our TCPA Disclosure. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis (no class actions). You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action with respect to any such dispute.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and TCPA Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and RateLaunchpad regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
